“The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing
something. It’s as simple as that. A lot of people have
ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about
them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today.
The true entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer.”
— Nolan Bushnell: Founder of Atari and Chuck E. Cheese’s
This is not just for entrepreneurs it is for all of us.
Let’s make 2011 the year of change and the beginning of a great new thing.
Don’t make the mistake of getting overwhelmed with making too large of goals (unless you know how to break them down) and end up not doing anything.
Pick one small thing and do it. Then choose another small thing and do it.
It could be a simple as reworking your budget to find $30 per month to cut out.
Or a way to make an extra $100 per month or begin putting $50 per month into a savings account for your kids college fund.
Or just get your free credit score finally and look for ways to improve your credit rating so you can save on your mortgage interest, credit card and auto premium interest rates.
Regardless what you choose I encourage you to stop putting off working on your financial future and start making even little baby steps today.
